Meal Plan 2/3/2013…Hey baby it’s cold (and snowy) outside edition.

We FINALLY got some snow this week!! I’m waiting for it to warm up a bit to take the boys outside to play. This week I am cooking chicken, chicken and more chicken. I am most excited about the “chicken crust pizza” recipe. It might just get moved up to Monday’s dinner :)

Sunday – Superbowl Party! – White Chicken chili
Monday – Provencal Salmon Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, chick peas
Tuesday – Date Night! Boys are eating Pita Pizzas
Wednesday – Rotesserie Chicken (bought, using bones for stock later), cauliflower and broccoli augratin
Thursday – Aloha Chicken, Brown Rice, Broccoli
Friday – Mini Turkey Meat loafs, Faux Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Saturday – Chicken Crust Pizza, BBQ sauce and spinach.
